These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") are entered into between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and nobwin (hereinafter "nobwin," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), an internationally licensed online gaming operator accessible at nobwin.net. Access to and use of the nobwin platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. nobwin operates a strict 21+ policy. Players found to be under the age of 21 at any time will have their accounts immediately suspended, all funds held pending identity verification, and any winnings accrued voided in their entirety.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing nobwin from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of nobwin is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) nobwin account only. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either imposed by nobwin or voluntarily requested by yourself, that remains active at the time of registration or login.
• Not a nobwin Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, agents, and immediate family members of nobwin personnel are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any real-money gaming or betting on the platform.

To access real-money gaming and betting services on nobwin, you must create a registered account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate throughout the duration of your use of the platform.

• Registration Information: You must provide a valid email address, a mobile number registered in your name, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth as they appear on your government-issued identification documents.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nobwin account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued during login or transaction verification. All financial transactions on nobwin are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). nobwin does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which nobwin accepts no responsibility.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on nobwin is ₨500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account wallet.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₨500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

The following general conditions apply to all nobwin promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not utilised within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account wallet without compensation.
• Changes: nobwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of technical errors, fraudulent participation, or abuse.

All games available on nobwin — including slots, live dealer casino games, table games, and sports betting markets — are operated in accordance with the rules specific to each game or market. By participating in any game or placing any bet on nobwin, you accept the applicable game or market rules as published on the platform.

• RNG Certification: All nobwin casino games use independently certified Random Number Generators. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party, including nobwin.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet or wager is only confirmed and binding once you receive an explicit confirmation from the nobwin platform. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues will be voided and the staked amount returned to your wallet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nobwin and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and pending winnings, and may be referred to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one nobwin account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with nobwin.
• Using the nobwin platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the nobwin platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cooperative cheating with other players or third parties.
• Accessing nobwin using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or eligibility requirements.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward nobwin staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code or proprietary technology of the nobwin platform.

nobwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. As an internationally licensed operator, nobwin is required to maintain a comprehensive responsible gaming programme that includes the following tools and measures, all of which are available to every registered player:

• nobwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to nobwin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• nobwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your nobwin wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• nobwin is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude nobwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

• nobwin implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
• nobwin may share your personal data with third-party service providers engaged to assist in platform operations, including payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention providers, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

• Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
